I've always loved drawing, painting and making people smile. My passion is to create artwork that uses colour and character with a side of quirky.

I love animals, especially their personalities that so many of us can relate to. I'm also fascinated in exploring the use of their characters whilst in aspects of every day human life such as birthdays, weddings and new born celebrations.
I create all different types of Illustration from paintings, prints, greeting cards and logo design. I especially love creating greeting cards as it's a special feeling to know that you've been a part of someone's celebration wherever they are in the world.

I'm often inspired by my office cat 'Scampi' who joined me in 2013 as a rescue cat. He's definitely been an integral part of the Big Slice Graphics venture, often providing me with humour and charisma which has inspired many of the illustrated cat cards that are available on my Etsy shop.

Scampi came to us in September 2013. I found him in a bad state whilst limping in a car park in London. After taking him to the vets, I found out that he had suffered a previous trauma to his lower back, causing him to hop like a rabbit for the rest of his life.
​
After being informed that he had no owner and was un-adoptable due to his disability, I had no other option than to adopt him myself. We've been inseparable since.
​
Don't let him fool you though, Scampi is full of life and has me wrapped around his little paw. His main hobbies include stealing food, singing at 3am and being an active member of neighbourhood watch.
​
Scampi likes to help out with the creative process by constantly being at my side. He inputs his creative opinion either vocally or physically by removing the paint brushes he doesn't think are up to scratch.
